In Vietnam, noodle soups are the most common breakfast. In many areas especially in the middle of Vietnam, where people sometimes catch fish to make ends meet, bún chả cá ( fish cake noodle soup ) can be identified as a common dish. Fish cake, stir-fried fish, light and translucent broth and some vegetable herbs are part of a bowl of fish cake noodle soup. It is possible to make a fish cake from fish, flour, egg and salt. A great source of nutrients such as protein, acid amine, vitamin A and D, is given by this dish. Furthermore, it has a very low cholesterol level, which improves our wellbeing.
